Youth activities are open to all attendees ages 18 and younger.
No cages will be provided for birds participating in the Youth Activities. You are responsible for your own birds!
Costume Contest
Bring your birds in their scariest dinosaur outfit, sparkliest princess costume, or nerdiest food inspector uniform, or anything else you can think of for a fun costume contest! Sure to be fun for all ages!
Notes:
- All bird attire to be provided by participants.
- Winners determined by popular vote.
- Winner will receive a ribbon for Best Dressed and a $20 Visa gift card.
Hurdle Races
Have your birds tighten their laces for this athletic event. The first bird to reach the finish line having completed the most hurdles in the shortest time wins!
Notes:
- Winner will receive a ribbon for Hurdle Champion and a $20 Visa gift card.
Bobbing for Worms
Your chickens will love this delicious event. The bird that eats the most soldier fly larvae from their "barrel" wins!
Notes:
- Winner will receive a ribbon for Best Appetite and a $20 Visa gift card.
Scavenger Hunt
We will have a scavenger hunt later in the day. Look for the Youth Activities ambassador on the day of the event for details!
