| 9am | Main Show judging begins Deadline for photo contest entries Scavenger Hunt opens (see the BBI info table for details) Youth Activity: Obstacle Course & Eating Contest |
| 10am | Chili drop off begins (open until 11am) Plated eggs must be in place for judging ASA Tabletop Show begins |
| 11am | Chili Cook Off judging begins |
| 12pm | Lunch Break, break for judges (checkout our vendors & the chili contest!) Youth Activity: Costume Contest |
| 12:30pm | Main Show judging continues Youth Showmanship check in begins |
| 1pm | Silent auction closes — All winnings must be picked up by the end of the show Youth Showmanship begins |
| 2pm | Egg Raffle is called — Must be present to win |

All birds and winnings must be picked up by the end of show.

- Dinner & awards will follow after completion of Champion Row.
- Following dinner and awards assembly our judges will talk about the show.
- Following awards, you may coop-out and please, help out with clean up.
- Please remove your coop cards and place your water/feed cups in the trash.
- Anyone who can, please stay and help us clean up.
