Election & Nomination: Responsible for preparing a list of candidates for each office to be filled and presenting those names in nomination at the general meeting in October. Each such member nominated, must have acknowledged willingness to serve in prescribed manner and for duration, if elected. Further nominations may be received by the committee from members in writing prior to, or from the floor at the October general meeting. The committee shall validate and qualify all nominees and submit for distribution a brief resume of each nominee before election date in December.
